Following in the Way of Jesus,
playing our part in seeing Sherford flourish
Sherford Community Church
Sherford Community Church is a friendly and inclusive church, sharing the love of Jesus in Sherford. We’re a new and growing Church, seeking to engage creatively and generously with our local community. We’re part of the Church of England, and we’re exploring all sorts of new ways of being church. We’d love you to join us in the adventure.
You are welcome here. We’d love to meet you sometime – you’ll receive a warm welcome at one of our Sunday Services, at any of our groups, or over a cuppa in the House of Brews, our local café. Get in touch or find out more about us here.

What’s on…
On Sunday mornings, we meet in Sherford Community Hub. Our Sunday Services start at 10am and usually last around an hour, followed by coffee and cake. Our service style alternates each week:
our Altogether Service is a fun and informal service for all ages - with lots of songs, stories, games and crafts;
our Reflective Service is a more reflective space - for prayer, worship, and teaching in the main room (while we have Kids Club in the other room).
On Mon/Tues, we meet together in various Home Groups across Sherford.
On Tues/Weds mornings, we pray together online or in each others’ homes.
On Wednesday mornings, we run Sherford Toddlers at the Community Hub.
On Wednesday evenings, we’re developing a new Youth Work team.
On Thursdays, we host Oasis Community Lunch at the Community Hub.
Our church family is also involved in lots of other groups and activities throughout Sherford, and we’re always open to exploring new ideas. Why not join us, and see where the adventure takes us…
